3 SIMPLE WAYS TO JUMPSTART YOUR 2021 WITH MEGAN GALLAGHER!!!


Okay, we are going to try to start our day like you do, Megan!! 2021, here we come!!!


Hi Megan! Thanks for taking the time to chat with us!! Thank you so much for having me! I'm so excited to be here! Are you working on any new projects? If so, tell us!!


Yes! I'm always doing 300 things at once. I am currently working on a new mental health workbook for teenagers! My team and I have been writing this for the last three months! It's an interactive workbook for teenagers across the world, who may be struggling in their virtual classroom. How do you usually begin your day?

Every day I wake up at 5:30 am and meditate. I love starting off my day by not scrolling, just doing breathwork, and drinking warm water with lemon. Then, I have my fresh green juice (cucumber, lemon & cilantro) on an empty stomach! After that, I jump in a cold shower for three minutes. It really wakes me up and gets me excited for the day! At around 7:00am, I eat a yogurt bowl! I love putting chia seeds, raw honey and fresh berries on it! I then workout for an hour, and after working out I check my emails/texts. By starting my day this way, every morning, it makes the world of a difference. How would you define yourself in three words?

I would say I am positive, outgoing, and energized. I just really love life!! What do you like to do in your spare time?


In my free time, I love to hike in nature, organize my apartment, and take time off of social media. I am such a busy person, so for me, having down time is huge! How do you remain positive in a world full of chaos?


I am staying positive by focusing on what I can control! I'm taking it day by day and really just looking for the silver lining. I think in life, there are people who are natural-born leaders and can handle challenges. I feel that my struggles as a teen, gave me tools to help during situations like Covid-19. I feel, in a sense, that it's sink or swim at this point. Some people can't handle the isolation, etc. My mind is trained to really constantly see the blessing in every situation! What is one thing you feel you've had to learn the "hard way"?


I would say one huge lesson I am learning this year is that I have to do what makes me happy. That I can't please everyone, and I will burn myself out trying to appease to family and friends, etc. At the end of the day, it's YOUR life- not your parents, siblings, etc. I recently moved to Nashville as well and have realized how strong I really am. I've had to be brave and put myself out there, but it's fully paid off! Do you have a favorite holiday movie?


I would say my favorite holiday movie is Love Actually or anything Nancy Myers. I love those feel good, cozy movies that allow you to escape your reality for a minute.

If you could switch lives with one person for a day, who would it be and why?


Oh my gosh, I would love to switch lives with my boss, Maria Menounos. She is truly one of the nicest people ever and her career accomplishments are so incredible.
